The Veterans Test Series was held at the Royal Adelaide Show in September with the Australian Axeman's Association winning the event against the New Zealand Axeman's Association.

Each year, Master Builders award nominations are called for from February. Entries into the regional awards are then independently judged against set criteria, after which, Housing & Construction Award ceremonies are held across the state between June and September to announce the regional winners. These regional awards culminate in the State Final in October, with winners from each region competing against other winners of the same categories for an opportunity to win at a state level.
